Vacation homes in Cervia: apartments in Tagliata di Cervia
If you love a vacation at your own pace and without schedules, here at Park Hotel Pineta we have the ideal solution. In fact, just 500 meters from the Hotel you will find 4 types of apartments, for a vacation completely tailored to you. 5 minutes to get to the beach, walking in a quiet and safe street closed to traffic: the only "noise" is the sound of the sea. The apartments have a separate entrance and are suitable for those looking for a place that guarantees absolute privacy.
Our holiday houses are of 2 types and are on the ground floor or first floor. They offer a parking space inside the premises, spacious verandas or terraces and a shared garden with table and chairs. They all measure about 60 square meters and can accommodate up to 5 people. If you decide to book one of our vacation homes, you can equally benefit from all the services offered at the hotel! Every morning, for example, you can order dinner, picking it up hot and ready to be enjoyed when you return from the beach. This is possible thanks to our rotisserie service, designed for those who don't feel like cooking at the end of the day.

Type A Ground Floor
It comprises a living room, a dining room-kitchen, a fully renovated bathroom and spacious bedroom with double bed and 1-2 single beds, (possibility to add mattress support or a sofa bed in the living room), large shared veranda with sofa, table and armchairs. Shared garden with tables and chairs.
Type B Ground Floor
It comprises a living room with kitchenette, a fully renovated bathroom and a spacious bedroom with king size bed and 1-2 single beds, (possibility to add mattress support or a sofa bed in the living room), large shared veranda with sofa, table and armchairs. Shared garden with tables and chairs.
Type A First Floor
Composed of a living room, a dining room-kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious bedroom with double bed and 1-2 single beds, (possibility to add mattress support or a sofa bed in the living room), large shared terrace with tables and chairs. Shared garden with tables and chairs.
Type B First Floor
It comprises a living room with kitchenette, bathroom and spacious bedroom with double bed and 1-2 single beds, (possibility to add mattress support or a sofa bed in the living room), large shared veranda with tables and chairs. Shared garden with tables and chairs.
Useful information:
Upon arrival, a deposit of € 150 is required for groups of young people under 30 years old.
Check-in and check-out for the delivery of keys is done at the Park Hotel Pineta.

For weekly stays:
Arrival: the apartments are delivered on Saturday from 1pm;
Departure: the apartments must be vacated on Saturday before 10am;
Bookings: Deposit of €200 per apartment and per week.
Balance: the full amount of the stay will be paid on the day of arrival.
